Studios

We are proud to announce the completion of the three “Studios @ Appleton Makerspace”.  There are now 3 newly renovated offices in the adjoining property to AMS.  These offices measure approximately 12’ x 10’.  The cost of heating, electricity, and LAN/internet are included as well as a mailing address.  The offices are secured with a key fob and individual locking doors, and there is a convenient bathroom available.  Studios can be rented for $200 a month (month-to-month rental).  With one of the three studios already rented out, there are currently two studios available.

Each studio was designed to have a lockable connecting doors so it is possible to rent out 1, 2 or all 3 studios.  There are also flooring options to choose depending on your needs.  There is a stain resistant hard surface floor, or optional commercial low pile carpet can be installed.  This is the perfect place to run that Etsy business that has outgrown your garage or have a site out of the home for whatever creative pursuit you may have.  Appleton Makerspace membership is required.  They will be open for a tour every Thursday night at 7:00pm, or to make an appointment to see them anytime, just send an email to president@appletonmakerspace.org.
